Ideal candidate: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Day-to-day duties: • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code 2+ years on the tools preferred.
