On a typical shift you will work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant. Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
