We are recruiting: we are hiring a roofing technician in Elkhart County, Indiana. The job is at a roofing and cladding contractor. Requirements: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • A good head for heights and steady balance You will solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
