We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Idemili North, Anambra State. The job is at an accident repair centre. Day-to-day duties: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
