Reinforcement steel fixer wanted in Vernon County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Vernon County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites On a typical shift you will bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers.
