We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Albany County, New York. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
