Acoustic insulation fitter — Franklin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Franklin County, Illinois. You will work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors. Requirements: • Willing to travel between sites • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Meals and transport allowance provided.
