Head baker — Osisioma Ngwa

Now hiring: we are hiring a head baker in Osisioma Ngwa, Abia State. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
