Tandoor cook wanted in Rosebud County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Rosebud County, Montana. You will work at a roadside dhaba. You will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
