We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Boyle County, Kentucky. You will work at a glazing and fabrication factory. Day to day you will check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it. What we are looking for: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
