We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Clinton County, New York. You will work in a meat processing plant. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Your main tasks: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
