Vacancy available: we are hiring a sample machinist in Oxfordshire, England. The job is in a small denim manufacturing unit. The role involves: • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Rotating shifts.
