Urgent requirement: bread baker (Louisiana)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Vernon Parish, Louisiana. On a typical shift you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Full-time with occasional weekends.
