Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Montcalm County, Michigan. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Day-to-day duties: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
