Mosaic tiler — Yuba County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a mosaic tiler in Yuba County, California. You will work on a residential construction site. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) The role involves: • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter 5+ years on the tools preferred.
