Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Full-time, day shift.
