Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Woodbury County, Iowa. Day to day you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change 4+ years on the tools preferred. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
