Waterproofing applicator • Polk County, Minnesota

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Polk County, Minnesota. The job is at a cold storage facility. Your main tasks: • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Able to read construction drawings and specifications At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
