Now hiring: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Shackelford County, Texas. Day to day you will lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient. Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
