Ideal candidate: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate Day-to-day duties: • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs 5+ years on the tools preferred.
