Great opportunity: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Michika, Adamawa State. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Day to day you will load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
