You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
