Lift maintenance fitter wanted in DuPage County

Join our team: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in DuPage County, Illinois. The job is at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. The role involves: • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $30 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
