Coating plant operator wanted in Vance County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Vance County, North Carolina. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Day to day you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
