Meat cutter wanted in Boone County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Boone County, Iowa. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Your main tasks: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Season and marinate meat on request • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 5+ years on the tools preferred.
