Immediate opening: finishing presser (Indiana)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a finishing presser in Marshall County, Indiana. You will be based in a tailoring workshop. What we are looking for: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings You will give each garment a final press before packing; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
