Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Marshall County, Iowa. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Full-time, day shift.
