Powder coating line operator wanted in Pike County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Pike County, Kentucky. You will be based at a powder coating unit. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting On a typical shift you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
