Gtaw welder — Nevada County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Nevada County, Arkansas. The job is in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. The role involves: • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required You should have: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
