Articulated lorry driver wanted in Poweshiek County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an articulated lorry driver in Poweshiek County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels Ideal candidate: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Valid digital tachograph card 4+ years on the tools preferred.
