Concrete labourer — Montgomery County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Montgomery County, Kansas. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE Day-to-day duties: • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
