Grill cook wanted in Pepin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Pepin County, Wisconsin. The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
