Gtaw welder wanted in Saint Lucie County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Saint Lucie County, Florida. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings Your main tasks: • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
