Urgent requirement: powder spray gun operator (Arkansas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Montgomery County, Arkansas. You will work at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations 2+ years on the tools preferred.
