Aluminium TIG welder — Akoko North East

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Akoko North East, Ondo State. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Day-to-day duties: • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec You should have: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection Six days a week, one day off.
