Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Onslow County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Six days a week, one day off.
