Steward wanted in Clay County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Clay County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
