We are recruiting: bodyshop painter (Utah)

Join our team: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Tooele County, Utah. You will be based in a spray booth. On a typical shift you will strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss. Ideal candidate: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Able to read and match factory paint codes Performance bonus on top of base pay.
