Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On the job you will handle: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency 4+ years on the tools preferred.
