We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium section fitter in Gallatin County, Kentucky. The job is on a residential building site. Requirements: • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines The role involves anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames; assemble window and door frames from extruded sections; de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
