Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Flathead County, Montana. You will work at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
