Powder coating technician • Cleburne County, Alabama

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Cleburne County, Alabama. You will be based at a powder coating unit. On the job you will handle: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
