Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Alcona County, Michigan. You will work in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day to day you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
