Shuttering carpenter wanted in Cole County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Cole County, Missouri. You will be based on a metro and tunnel project. You will seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints. What we are looking for: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
