GMAW welder — McMinn County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a GMAW welder in McMinn County, Tennessee. The job is at a busy production line. You will lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls. Requirements: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium Performance bonus on top of base pay.
