Immediate opening: brick mason (Pennsylvania)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a brick mason in Union County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a renovation and extension job. The role involves: • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets Rotating shifts.
