We are recruiting: we are hiring a pressman in Davie County, North Carolina. The role involves: • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
