Join our team: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Clinton County, Indiana. On a typical shift you will crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals. Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
