We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Crenshaw County, Alabama. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
