Aluminium installer — Borough of Tameside

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium installer in Borough of Tameside, England. The job is in a glazing and curtain wall company. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles Day to day you will load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish; punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames; fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer £2,600 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends.
